On 13:00 PM July 28th, 2012, Wanma battery’s knowledge contest was held in second floor multi-function room. Company’s leader attended this contest as judge. All teams were selected from every workshop, including combination team, assembly team, pole plate team, quality control team and formation-test team.

This knowledge contest covers aspect wide, including product’s professional knowledge, process flow and fire safety knowledge, the contest expended the range of knowledge adequately.
The contest form was diverse, both had required questions, rob to answer and challenging risk questions. Both workers competed and audience could robbed to answer the question. The process of contest is exciting and fierce, player engrossed in contest and leapfrogging, the score rise one after another. After fierce competition, the quality control team won the championship, the assembly team and the pole plate team separately won second and third place.

By this contest, on one hand it enhanced employee’s comprehensive quality, enriched the leisure activities, and strengthened team cooperation and cohesion. On the other hand it provided the chances of showing oneself and increasing the knowledge for employee. They were further familiar with production knowledge, and used these knowledge in practical work.
