Recently, after enterprise declaring, qualification examination, expert’s argumentation and assessment, special project auditing, and approved by self-dependent innovation leading group plenary meeting, it confirmed the list of 2012 Hangzhou important technological innovation project. The project of Wanma battery wide rate electricity converting power battery for vehicle is on that list. It means that our new product developing achieved success, and we went up a new stage in product innovation.
      From provincial R&D center established in 2010, through great efforts, we developed various High-tech products, such as low cost high performance polymer lithium ion battery, Nanometer conductive super-high rate polymer lithium ion battery battery, ultralow temperature lithium ion battery, minitype starting lithium iron phosphate battery pack, and power lithium iron phosphate battery. After inspect by relevant Inspection Center, all these new products according with related standard, and won good reputation through probation. These kinds of battery had been put into production in recent years, and we gat good economic benefits.
      Behind success in researching and developing of new product, at first, it’s inseparable from institution control. In September 2012, we revised and issued 《The new management system of new product ’s research and develop》, it enhanced employee’s positivity by making proposal award, project award and benefit award, and improved the management of innovation. Second, it’s due to researcher’s hard work. Over the years, they work hard in every post. In laboratory, they did hundreds of experiment, and worked with boring digital for long. In the workshop, in order to find and solve the questions timely, and assist regular production, they insisted to practice personally. They cautious and conscientious, set themself an example to others, lead team and work continuously without rest, so that we could realize the hard-won achievement. Because of pulling together, and demanding on themselves in high standard and efficiently, we can achieve successes on the road of innovation.
